  LC is rarely crowded, and has the essentially for basic strength training workouts. If you're looking for machines, tanning, and a juice bar, look elsewhere. If you're planning on doing power cleans and plyometrics, definitely check this place out. The owner is a highly knowledgeable strength coach, they have three platforms and plenty of bumper plates, and chalk is welcome. Good times.
